Job Description:

- Heading the accounts team at corporate level with responsibility of financial planning, budgeting etc.

- Responsibility of working capital management

- Liaising with banks and other financial institutions for both fund based and non fund based limits,

- Liaising with statutory and internal auditors

- Timely submission of MIS to the management, daily cash flow statement, fund flow statement, monthly profitability, variance analysis etc.

- Implementation/ review of various internal control measure for smooth functioning of business

- Liaising with statutory authorities and responsible for both direct and indirect taxation including assessment.

- Responsible for all company secretarial matters

- Preparation of financial statements such as balance sheet, profit and loss accounts ,cash flow statements, fund flow statements.

- Interaction with PAN India offices.

- Analysis and interpretation of operating results ( B/s P&l ) of accounts to functional and business heads in decision making.

- Ensure Pre launch financial evaluation of new projects

- Overall monitoring of Accounts Department for both corporate level as well as Pan India

- Ensuring credit control complaisance and timely recovery from Debtors.

- Responsible for SOP's, policies and procedures for Account Department also implementation of the same.

- Closely working with all regional heads on all the regional matters

- To provide inputs for further improvement in all fields such as IT, Sales, Risk management etc.

- Timely submission of statutory returns

Desired Skill:-Should have good communication skill and presentable.Can work under pressure to meet our organization requisition.

Salary:- 15-18 lacs per annum

Qualification: - CA

Experience- 8 yrs-15 yrs post qualification experience
