Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General manager for, Field Recruiter Channel to oversee the performance and development of Field Recruiter channel. This role is integral to ensuring the effectiveness of our field recruiting operations across multiple regions, driving recruitment strategies, and managing a high-performance team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of hiring processes, strategic initiatives, performance management, and coaching.

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee the performance of the field recruiter channel to ensure recruitment goals and KPIs are met.

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize recruitment processes and drive results.

- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to all regional teams to enhance their FR channel performance.

- Set clear expectations and goals for all stakeholders to the channel, ensuring they have the resources and training to succeed.

- Collaborate with regional leads to drive performance improvements, resolve challenges, and maximize team productivity.

- Conduct regular performance reviews for regional leads, team leads and provide actionable feedback for development.

- Readiness to roll up the sleeves for managing ground teams & for hitting the ground on benchmarking performances

- Collaborate with the product team to streamline & improve the channel functioning.

- Lead cross functional teams for improving the channel efficiency.

- Maintain open lines of communication with org & regional leadership to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts with business objectives.

- Foster a positive and collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork and sharing of best practices among field recruiters and team leads.

- Provide regular updates to management on team performance, challenges, and success stories.

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience in building these channels in e-commerce or other allied industries is a must

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

- Candidate should have displayed a never settle mindset, moving fast and hustle to get things done

- Stakeholder management skills and win-win mindset

- Worked in dynamic environments and ability to deal with ambiguity

- Analytical and data oriented decision making
