General Manager - Field Operations/Retail Operations - eCommerce

We are looking for General Manager Field Operations.

The position requires 60 % of the time travelling across India

Ecommerce experience

Ideal candidate:

9+ of experience as at least 7+ years in field operations

Hard core Retail operations professionals responsible for achieving targeted sales

Ensuring required base stock and on time fulfillment

Set up the productivity of the fulfillment center

Exceptional number driven professional

Previous experience fulfilling more than 10 000 order a day

Experience in Business to consumer company and operations

Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service.

Knowledge on supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and lead the existing team of 100 pick up and delivery team members

The candidate should have entrepreneurial attitude / should be a go-getter

Must have attention to detail and critically think through to resolve problems.

Improve and maintain promised delivery times for better customer experience.

Manage and control voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting regular engagement activities.

Provide feedback at individual level and conduct weekly one-on- ones to understand problem areas.
