General Manager - Factory Operations - Design & Fabrication - Heavy Machine Shop

Our Client A Chennai Based Large Group having interest in Diversified Businesses is looking for a General manager for one of its group companies.

- The company is a leader in Designing, procurement, manufacturing, supply and erection of Process Equipment, Piping, Storage Tanks, Silos, Structural, etc., for Power Plants, Petro-Chemicals, Refineries, Pharmaceuticals, Paper Plants, etc.

- The company is in Expansion Mode and as such requires people at multiple levels right from Plant Head to the Manager level, candidates basically from Production and Erection Background.

- The candidates should be a B E / P G (Mechanical) with specialization in Production Management with 10 years to 25 years experience - based on levels - in Design and Fabrication with Heavy Machine Shop combined with Project site execution.

- Good knowledge in Fabrication and Welding Processes is a must.

- Candidates should be good in Team Building, should result Oriented and a go-getter Must be Good in submitting Proposals.

- Candidate should be ready to relocate close to the factory which is in the outskirts of Chennai.
