- F&A Operations Experience across towers of R2R, P2P & O2C.

- Strong Exp in R2R Mandatory

- Solution and Transition exp is part of KRA

- Must have some exp in RFX and Transition.

- Good People Management experience with 200 +

- Extensive Client Interaction

- Process mngt-Responsible for management & coordination of all operations

- SLA delivery across all processes, quality & general administration

- Team Management & People Development - Lead & motivate a team of Support & Operation Leader & ensure development
