General Manager - Exports - FMCG

The role of GM-Exports will be based in Mumbai with a FMCG company.

The incumbent will be responsible to lead the export P&L function and deliver top line and bottom-line for both in the branded & private label landscape.

Should be able to strategise in key geographies through in-depth understanding of markets, competition, and product and plan marketing calendar accordingly.

Should also be able to collaborate with large Private Label partners to scale and drive projects.

In addition, there should be an in depth understanding of the export processes such as logistics/ documentation / SAP/ incentives to lead a team.

He should be a team player and effectively lead a team to deliver business growth and drive and deliver KPIs.
