General Manager - Export Sales


- Company is group 30 years old , but has diversified business.

- Agro is their new venture. They are in Shipping , real estate , aviation , HR services etc.

- Committed to quality, innovation, and sustainability, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Global Head of Sales; a "Techno Commercial Role".

- This role will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market share across diverse segments, including B2B, HORECA, B2C & E-Commerce.

- The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, market insight, and a proven track record in achieving revenue targets within the frozen food industry.

- The sales head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.


- This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a proven track record of sales success, and the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships to expand market presence

- Lead and motivate the sales team to drive performance and achieve sales goals

- Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the skills and capabilities of the sales team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business goals.

- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and forecast

- Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement

- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats

- Work closely with the product development & innovation teams to ensure alignment with market demands and trends

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing commercial sales team

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales productivity

- Lead initiatives to expand market reach and brand visibility

- Co-develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance brand recognition

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets preferably from a spectrum of frozen foods industry

- Strong understanding of B2B, HORECA, and B2C sales channels

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong leadership and coaching skills to inspire, motivate, and develop the sales team

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute effective sales strategies with a results-driven mindset

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales performance

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a competitive market

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
