One of our leading IT MNC Clients in Hyderabad is looking for General Manager (enterprise applications/consulting/technology role) on short notice.

Exp : 15+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

Skill : Experience in handling SAP Consulting / Peopelsoft Projects.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience (enterprise applications/consulting/technology role)

- Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial/supervisory role overseeing multiple business functions and areas

- Strong personal presence, including verbal and written communication skills with clients, team members, and leadership

Demonstrated :

- Business judgment and critical thinking

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize work for various teams and team members (both on and offshore), and work collaboratively with clients on issue resolution

- Ownership of issues and accountability for personal and group actions and decisions

- Leadership characterized by collaboration, transparency, and open communication with consistent personal commitment, integrity, honesty, and fairness

- Ownership and commitment to meeting client obligations and understanding successful service delivery from the client perspective

- Effective negotiation skills with clients and vendors

- Performance under pressure and in stressful situations

- Extensive experience working with the global delivery model in a leadership capacity, interacting with resources in multiple geographies.
