Job Description :

- Responsible for the overall planning, managing, and monitoring engineering & design of the given project in terms of validation prior to execution.

- Responsible for overseeing various engineering projects, processes, budgets, and timelines and making any necessary adjustments in order to ensure successful completion.

- Responsible for leading and developing the engineering team, including directing, coordinating and exercising authority for planning, leadership & completion of projects for financial management of the projects.

- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert.

- Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering department.

- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

- Answer questions and resolve issues brought forth by the engineering team members.

- Create detailed engineering plans, processes, and procedures for engineering staff to use and abide by.

- Ensuring checking and confirming the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by technical staff at the point of execution.

- Spearhead development initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing processes.

- Proposing and managing budgets for projects.

- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.

- Cross functional dealings with Stakeholder, Consultants, Project teams etc.
