Urgent Requirement for the position of General Manager Employee Relations :

Location : Andhra Pradesh

Mandatory criteria - Telugu Speaking and Reading is a mandatory criteria

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1) Implement the personnel policies, organize performance appraisal of Workers, manage the time office, comply with statutes, maintain harmonious IR, ensure welfare of all the employees including canteen admin, manage the contract workforce.

2) To Coordinate & maintain cordial relations with government officials to get the necessary approvals, clearances, NOCs.

3) Liaise with all stakeholders including government officials, political/neighborhood etc for the company and its sister units. Coordinate with the other units. Liaison government officials of various departments

4)To coordinate with Advocates for disposal of pending legal cases at various courts in Hyderabad .Coordinate with all the Departments at plant. Submit required documents to Advocates.

5) To protect the company land and responsible for land procurement for the unit.

6) To ensure all required statutory Compliances. 

Mandatory Skills:

1. Good team player with excellent interpersonal, Liaising Skills, communication and leadership skill.

2. Strong analytical with creative thinking and organizing skills.

Essential: Local Language Telugu Reading & Speaking is Mandatory.
