Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years work experience in all electrical maintenance activities preferably in integrated Pulp and Paper Mill viz. Pulp Mill, Paper Machines, Chemical Recovery and other operating plants.

- Should be a good innovator and able to effectively communicate and lead a team of engineers in all Electrical Maintenance activities

- Plan Predictive and Preventive Electrical Maintenance activities

- Adopt and develop best work practices and Optimize all resources to ensure high plant uptime at least maintenance
