General Manager - Education

- Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in a Operation role.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ahmedabad office, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and quality.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met or exceeded.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency

- Sound knowledge of immigration visa processes and regulations, as well as the education system in Australia and other popular destinations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive business development initiatives.

- Proven track record in achieving targets and managing financial performance.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages would be an asset.
