We are looking out for a General Manager - Distribution Sales Planning and Strategy with a Top Brand
Location - Delhi NCR
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The Regional Head is responsible for a large team to expand the digital distribution footprint in the region
2. He/she is accountable for driving business objectives with the region through dealers, distributors, installers, and ISPs across the region.
3. Build a sustainable active dealer/installer community for consistent growth
4. Develop strategic business plans for the region that reinforces the marketing strategy and identify the market and customers
5. Develop, plan, implement and manage digital distribution to maximize reach, digital acquisitions, active seller, throughput, profitable distribution, and profits in the region
6. Build alternate digital distribution channels
7. Manage the region cost within the budget.
8. Implement norms, and adhere to branding norms for digital distribution. Work towards standardization and cost saving of various branding elements. Adherence to branding guidelines as laid down by the marketing team.
9. Communicate results to the executive team and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of business, technical, analytical, and regulatory matters, and trends.
10. Provide regular assessments, devise, and implement strategies to upgrade competence in the region, and develop, coach, and mentor the team members.
12. Day to Day internal reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation & acquisition and other business activities. Formulate a Roadmap for new acquisitions and ensure effective execution
13. Conduct distribution planning activities, identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, and take various initiatives to ensure customer acquisition and fulfillment of customer needs.
14. Forecast, strategize, plan, and monitor by studying the industry, consumer preferences, competition, regulations, costs, etc. Create and track adherence to plan and deploy interventions if required.
Regional Head Requirements:
- MBA degree (Marketing, Sales, or related field).
- Proven experience in team management.
- Proficient in basic accounting.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
- Sound organizational skills.
- The ability to motivate staff and lead a team
