DEPARTMENT - Digital Distribution LOCATION - MumbaiREPORTING TO Head - Digital DistributionROLE SUMMARY :The role holder will be responsible for Digital Distribution based out of the corporate office in Mumbai ensuring that the rollout, distribution, acquisition, and team deployment strategies are defined and executed with the company's strategic objectives within the defined cost
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- The incumbent will be responsible for digital distribution and ensuring all relevant inputs are provided to all the circles in line with roll-out plans to maximize downloads and acquisitions
- Building a robust process for the Digital distribution team to achieve sustainable growth
- Planning includes strategy, setting profit-based targets, quotas, forecasting, demand management, and execution of a plan.
- Liaising with sales, service, communications, and commercial team to build synergy
- Achieve the acquisition target, Revenue target, and Dealer expansion target for the year
- Develop strategic business plans and GTM strategies for a channel that reinforces the marketing strategy and identifies the market and customers
- Manage the cost of all channels for acquisition and trade marketing communications within the budget and create efficiencies
- Ensure and execute visibility scores as per budget
- Implement norms, adherence to branding norms for channels, distributors, resellers, etc., and ensure standardization and cost saving of various branding elements as communicated by the marketing team
- Develop, plan, implement and manage downloads, subscriptions, and distribution activities to maximize acquisition and profits in the country
- Ensure Customer Acquisition, Customer Management, Cost & Process adherence
- Manage the AOP/PLI targets for all the circles to ensure all targets are made in a fair manner to provide equal opportunity
- Communicate distribution results to the executive team and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of business, technical, analytical, and regulatory matters, and trends
- Collaborate with IT team to enable Digital distribution team through technology initiatives for smooth operations and improved market working
