General Manager/Director - M&A - IT/ISP Sector - CA/IIM/XLRI/JBIMS /SIBM

Our client is in service Industry and in an expansion mode .The current turnover of the group is over Rs 1500 crores

- We are looking for a HANDS ON M&A expert who has worked within his organization on (ideally IT/ISP sector ) and managed inorganic growth . Has initiated scouting of potential targets, due diligence and closure of the deals .Handled post acquisition integration

- A bit of Consulting firm experience is an added advantage

Qualification:Must be CA/PGDM from one of the premier institutes viz IIM/XLRI/JBIMS /SIBM

Experience :8-12 Years Handling inorganic growth

Skills:

- Should have great comfort with financial & marketing modules and great grasp of assessing opportunities and threats 

- Ability to assess synergies between current organization and acquisition targets in terms of operations, finance, HR, culture & processes 

- Making presentation to both internal and external stakeholders managing queries and getting buy in from multiple stakeholders 

- Carry the teams through different stages in a cool manner whiling managing tight deadlines and conflicts 

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a disciplined manner

- Adept at usage of statistical tools and other associated tools .
