General Manager/Director - Corporate Development - M&A

Top End education with around 8 yrs of quality exp in M&A

Reporting to CEO ;

Shall be responsible for:

- Identification of Opportunity to Funding to Acquisition ; managing the entire Lifecycle of M&A

- Financial modelling for M&A, joint ventures, project development and financing activities

- Strategic Planning and Program management; Serve as an integral member of company's strategic planning effort to identify, assess, and prioritize growth opportunities.

- Program Management for capability building in new and existing business verticals, MnA, JV process, etc

- Competitor analysis

- Industry trends in key target markets

- Assessment of alternative business models - most effective ways of selling company's products/services to customers
