Position GM (Marketing) for South/East Portfolio, based out of Gurugram.
(15-20 Days Onsite travel - Bi-monthly travel for Chennai and once in month travel to Hyderabad and Kolkata)
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation of marketing strategies & execution for South and East Offices Business.
- Lead Digital Marketing plan and lead generation objectives for all the 4 South/East Projects
- Design Collaterals in line with South Office business portfolios
- Revamp and maintain Project Websites
- Digital platform ties and optimization of demand generation campaigns
- Roll out on-line / social media initiatives
- Industry focused Market research and Data analytics to support
Leasing
- Own Creative & Content Conceptualization, Execution with
Agencies
- Own Local PR agenda & calendar
- Track competition and Market dynamics to know the current / future trends in the industry.
- Internal & External Communications thru' different Channel of Communication
- Showcasing USPs of DLF Offices in terms of its beliefs, best practices, customer experience, future vison etc.
- Liaison with the advertising agency to conceptualize brand positioning & execution
- Organizing new Project Launch events, CEO meets, Safety Conference, IPC meets etc.
- Participate in external events / industry forums & maintain healthy
relationships with various stakeholders.
Qualifications & experience:
- MBA with specialisation Sales & Marketing
- 12-15Years relevant experience in B2B Marketing
