1) Managing litigation across civil, criminal, arbitration, and intellectual property cases.

4) Handling property transactions, including due diligence and registration.

5) Providing management with quarterly legal case reviews to inform strategy.

Requirements:

1) LLB/LLM, with 18-20 years of experience, ideally in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.

2) Extensive knowledge of litigation, regulatory affairs, and property law.

3) Strong strategic thinking and proactive legal management skills.

4) Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
