- We are looking for Head recruitment (gm/dgm)for an nbfc/mfi/ housing finance loan company to be based in Kerala.
- They should be MBA/ Graduates with volume hiring experience from the non banking financial industry/microfinance institution/home loan finance companies with 10-20 years experience. He should have handled Pan India Hiring with state recruitment managers reporting into him .

Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Recruitment Planning :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective hiring of quality talent.
Team Management :
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals.
- Set performance benchmarks and ensure team targets are met.
Recruitment Operations :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Leverage technology and innovative methods to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Data and Analytics :
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Division-Specific Responsibilities :
NBFC Division :
- Handle recruitment for a division with 20,000 employees pan-India.
- Target to hire 6,000-7,000 people annually.
MFI Division :
- Manage hiring for a division with 16,000 employees pan-India.
- Aim to recruit 6,000-7,000 people annually.
Home Loans Division :
- Responsible for hiring 1,500 people annually.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) :
- Achieve annual hiring targets for respective divisions.
- Reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment-related regulations and policies.
Qualifications :
- MBA from a reputed institute.
- 10-20 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in financial services.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale recruitment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
