We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Higher EdTech having several National and International partnerships and programs. They are introducing several new initiatives & creating several new edtech offerings for the professional & Student community.
They are looking to hire a smart, young Content and Delivery Head to Lead the Content Operations process.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Lead the design, development and delivery of learning programs for corporates
- Responsible to thoroughly mentor and guide his/her team members through every client conversation
- Assist in the Presales process thru client discussion, discovery and creation of program design
- Manage Content development and update content repository keeping future requirements in mind
- Manage Program Delivery process
- Ensure Timely co-ordination of Content Preparation, facilitation & Post-training Activities
- Lead the end-to-end cycle starting with pre-sales support to revenue reconciliation and relevant reporting of performance data to stakeholders
- Ensure efficient management of client accounts and projects right from pre-sales to post-training and project closure
- Capability Building through Vendor Empanelment & Engagement
To qualify for this position you should have:
- 12+ years of experience
- Great experience in Managing Content Design, Development & Program Delivery
- Some experience required on Pre-sales
- Must have great understanding of L&D and Training Operations
- Great communication and people management skills
- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai or Delhi
