General Manager - Delivery - Geospatial/Data Processing Domain

We are hiring a General Manager - Delivery with responsibilities to establish and drive the overall operations to exceed customer satisfaction and achieve a topline of 15 to 20 million USD with Gross Margin of 65 % & EBIDTA of 25 %

Job Description:

1. Ensure end-to-end ownership of projects, meet deadlines and agreed TAT without compromising quality norms by adhering to defined SLA

2. Focus on maintaining good relationships with clients and brings in recurring business from the existing clients

3. Consistently deliver cost effective and timely delivery of projects with high quality

4. Manage multi-culture talent across multi-location with headcount of 1000

5. Drive cross-skilling and constant up-skilling of our resources considering the dynamics in business

6. Identify risk and develop a risk mitigation plan to achieve Company goals

Desired Profile:

a. Experience: 12-15 years in Geospatial or data processing domain

b. Should be strong in resource planning and people management

c. Should have work experience in process dashboard (tech) implementations.

d. Automation experience is an added advantage

e. Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
