Job role involves :
- Championed the design, development and implementation of SFDC throughout the CRM & FM function to achieve process automation and significantly increase CRM associate bandwidth.
- Improved operational efficiency of PAN India projects by conducting monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews of regional CRM teams on collections, registrations, handovers and customer complaints.
- Responsible for customer management for projects from Booking to Hand over stage
- Should have handled large projects
- Must have - should have managed mutiple projects together
- Set-up and lead the 'Back Office' function to support regional CRM teams in customer interaction management, CRM process management and daily operations management.
- Revamped the CRM SOP's and documentation process to achieve compliance to regional RERA and GST regulations while creating consistency and standardization in CRM processes across locations.
