Reporting to - MD / CEO.

Department - Credit.

Location - Mumbai.

Role -

1. Evaluating and improving Credit and appraisal processes.

2. Policy framing in line with RBI guidelines and banks internal policies.

3. Issuing guidelines for implementation of various policies.

4. Ensuring Timely sanction and disposal of various sanction.

5. Customer visit/understanding their needs.

6. Mentoring and grooming Credit Managers, Credit Analyst and Credit Department personnel in order to enrich their skills.

Salary will be as per Industry Standards.
