In this regard, the company is looking for a General Manager to launch their business in India.
Description
Reporting to the VP International Business in the HQ, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the organization and management of electric motorcycle in India, and achieve the company's phased goals
- Responsible for setting up and managing the Indian company's team
- Regularly report and summarize of the work in India
- Make the short- term and long- term company strategic goals, and lead the team to achieve the goals
- Responsible for completing the Indian company's overall performance requirements.
Profile
You will have atleast 15 years of experience in 2W market in India. You will have excellent sales management skillset with a proven track record of establishing a strong dealer network. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and should identify solutions for complex business scenarios.
