General Manager - Corporates Chairman Office
Managing of Promoters office :
- Hands on experience in assistance up of promoter's office and managing it successfully for business house.
- Should support CCM on the latest updates wrt Finance regulations pertaining to RBI, SEBI etc.: to review the reports and create synopsis for the CCM study
Strategy & Business Planning:
- Experience in strategy and business planning department for large business conglomerate.
Performance Management & Budgeting:
- Independently handling business planning, budgeting and business performance review for large business house with multiple operations in India and abroad.
- Good experience in preparing and monitoring the business planning and budgeting at group level.
- Good experience in designing and implementing business performance management system like Balance Score card, MPCP, performance monitoring etc.
- Analysis of Budgets and financial statements
- Identify areas of cost control and cost reduction at department level
- Follow-ups with Business Sector SPOCs to ensure closure of identified issues in Financial Statements
- Financial Restructuring including reduction of finance charges and correctness
- Control over Budget vs. Actual Revenue and Expenditure for Companies under CCM portfolio
Finance Management:
- Hands on experience in budget preparation, project fund raising from banks/PE .
- Good experience in product costing and cost management.
- Analysis of Budgets and financial statements
- Identify areas of cost control and cost reduction at department level
- Follow-ups with Business Sector SPOCs to ensure closure of identified issues in Financial Statements
- Financial Restructuring including reduction of finance charges and correctness
- Control over Budget vs. Actual Revenue and Expenditure for Companies under CCM portfolio

- Good experience in developing and managing real estate businesses
- Support CCM by working on various dashboard for single window view on various initiatives, process, and projects.
- This also includes providing support to CCMO in designing suitable dashboard for objective review of same by CCM + follow up with the different Businesses
Financial Dimensions:
- These should be quantifiable numerical amounts like annual budgets, project costs, annual revenue, purchase value etc.
- Should support CCM on the latest updates wrt Finance regulations pertaining to RBI, SEBI etc.
- Responsible for preparing MIS , CCMO budgets and monitoring the same
Relevant and total years of Experience:
- Min 13+ Years of experience. Candidate must have experience
- Should have good Financial acumen and commercial acumen.
- Project Management Skills.
- Communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong drive for execution and result orienting
- Stakeholder Management and Building relationship,
- Drive for results even in non-reporting relationships
