Company India CSR program.
Corporate social responsibility is emerging important field in the management scenario. It is not just for large scale companies but also used by small scale and non-profit organizations. In India many firms have taken the initiatives of CSR practices which have met with different needs of the society as a whole. At present Company has lot of focus on education, health and skilling we have to create awareness with aspect of CSR and how to manage it.
SECTION 2 : DETAILS OF POSITION
Department: CRO
Positions: One (1)
Position: General Manager
Reports to: Head CSR
Location: Gurgaon
SECTION 3 : JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1. Developing CSR programs and strategy for inclusive growth; develop strategic and operational partnerships to achieve Company's vision
2. Identify and partner with educational institutions, health organizations and government departments & NGOs to expand opportunities.
3. Develop program and route to achieve objectives, especially how to interweave technology and innovation into CSR programs
4. Build and manage all existing relationships with partners to support and drive program success and strengthen Company reputation.
5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote activities
6. Provide strategic guidance and support for external partners and other business departments
7. Measuring the uptake and outcomes of programs and ensuring deliverables
8. Managing budget, rolling forecast and administrative work related to education and other CSR activities
9. Assisting in audit and other internal reviews

- Minimum of 15 years of direct experience, with at least 3 years spent with NGOs and 13 years with a Corporate.

- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and function with minimal supervision.
- Aptitude to conceptualize and manage events
SECTION 5: KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE
- Under graduation /Post Graduate in communications / social work / education / program management /related areas
- Familiarity with government policy and trends related to CSR
- Minimum 15 years of experience
