Job Description: General Manager - Corporate Sales
Reporting to: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Job Role: General Manager - Corporate Sales
Responsibilities:
- Division Launch: Spearhead the setup and establishment of the corporate sales division in India, laying down strategic and operational frameworks.
- Market Strategy: Craft and execute a Go-to-Market strategy to attract and retain SME and enterprise customers.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a high-calibre corporate sales team, instilling a culture of performance and accountability.
- Sales & Operations: Develop and implement sales and operational processes, set departmental goals, and measure key performance metrics.
- Policy Development: Work closely with legal, finance, and marketing teams to develop and enforce policies specific to the corporate division.
- Business Growth: Propel business growth by achieving and surpassing sales and revenue targets, enhancing market presence.
- Training & Product Utilization: Deliver product training for the team and customer demos to maximize the use of the Self Booking Tool (SBT).
- Product Enhancement: Collaborate with the product team to refine the SBT based on market insights and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Requirements :
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in corporate travel management companies, with a focus on handling SME and enterprise accounts.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales, new client acquisition, business development, key account management, and team leadership.
- Market Understanding: Deep understanding of the corporate travel landscape and the business travel market in India.
- Technological Proficiency: Essential experience with online platforms and SBTs, ensuring seamless technology integration.
