General Manager - Corporate QA (Oil & Gas Exploration)
- Requirement for a more comprehensive approach to QA & Compliance. Streamlining over all process in order to drive process excellence through deployment of quality and lean tools to drive our systems ensuring business continuity to all process and procedures across business vertical.
- To develop, Implement, Standardize & Review QMS across the Group (includes Upstream,Midstream, Projects, Operations & New Business).
- Authority expected to be for QA services commitment in areas of hiring of external consultants, contractors for audits, materials investigation, laboratory analysis, inspection and testing contracts, purchase of small items.
- Sound understanding of business processes and the impact of Quality Management in a business. Good understanding of the oil & gas E&P business
- To manage and arrange external QA Certification Audits conducted by accredited bodies,
- To conduct QA Audits as per the Corporate QA Audit Plan and review the internal audit program of projects utilizing qualified personnel independent of the area being audited to determine the effective application of the quality management system.
- Measure and report process efficiencies and compliance
- Person involved in developing and managing QA framework
- Knowledge of technical standards in O&G
- Ability to champion quality as a value
- Good at influencing and collaboration
- Mix of industry and consulting experience
- QA experience, not QC
- 15-18 years experience
- B.Tech/ B.E Mech or Electrical
