About our Client: Our client is an 3000 crore+ Indian Pharmaceutical company and are leaders in the space the operate in. In the India market, they are currently at 3000+ employees including their plant site and sales force. They are looking for a senior HR leader to manage end to end Talent Acquisition and Performance Management at the corporate level for them across all their employees.

Job Description: Reporting into the HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the talent acquisition strategy for the organization across the corporate, sales and plant levels

- Ensure structures around campus relations, vendor management, lateral and leadership hiring across the organization

- Put in place an automated performance management system

- Introduce and drive change management to ensure a robust PMS process is maintained in the organization

- Manage all talent management initiatives and ensure these are driven through the business partners

- Manage large scale with respect to the employee base - 3000+ employees across plant and corporate

- Manage any escalations related to union matters at the plant level

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 15-20 years of experience with at least 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical sector.

- Exposure to HR Generalist activities across sales, corporate and plant levels are mandatory for this role.

- Experience of putting in place policies / improving existing policies around talent acquisition and performance management are desired.

- MBA / MLS from premier institutes.

- Good communication skills and fluency in Marathi is desired.
