Job Summary: -

The General Manager HR will lead the Corporate Human Resources function for the business, driving strategic HR initiatives, talent management,organizational development, and employee engagement.

The role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in the Corporate & Sales HR

in Manufacturing sector to foster a high-performance culture and align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities: -

Strategic HR Leadership

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and organizational design.

- Lead culture transformation and change management initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Management

- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Business sector.

- Design career development programs and succession planning frameworks.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

Plant HR & Industrial Relations

- Oversee HR functions across multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring smooth HR operations.

- Manage labor relations, negotiations, and ensure compliance with industrial laws.

- Implement employee welfare programs to enhance productivity and engagement.

- Handle grievance management and conflict resolution with plant employees and unions.

Employee Engagement & Performance Management

- Implement robust performance management systems and KPI frameworks.

- Develop employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.

- Oversee training & development programs to upskill employees at all levels.

Compensation & Benefits

- Design competitive compensation structures and incentive programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards in payroll and benefits.

HR Compliance & Policies

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical HR practices.

- Implement and update company policies in line with global best practices.

- Oversee grievance redressal mechanisms and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 15+ years in HR leadership, preferably in the Automobile/ Chemical/ FMCG/ Food & Beverage industry.

- Education: MBA/PG in HRM or equivalent qualification.

- Skills:

o Strong leadership and people management skills.

o Expertise in talent strategy, organizational development, and HR analytics.

o Hands on experience in Sales HR along with Plant HR.
