Key Responsibilities :
- Overall responsible for HR function and it's interaction with business, including formulating strategies and drafting policies for hiring, retention, compensation, performance evaluation, employee engagement, organization culture, and leaning & development
- Drive and actively contribute to the implementation of the People Strategy initiatives and work streams.
- Ensure the implementation approach is supported & delivered
- Work with Business and HR colleagues to assist business in execution of HR strategy, embed change into day-to-day working practice and organization culture
- Drafting and documenting policies and procedures and employee manuals
- Designing behavioral and functional competency frameworks to arrive at a detailed need analysis for individual development plans
Recruitment :
- Develop a hiring strategy based on the headcount forecasting and plan for resources appropriately
- Manage, guide the HR team and collaborate with internal teams to drive overall recruitment efficiency
Retention :
- Support and coach business leaders in developing solutions which enable successful retention strategies and solve capability gaps using internal/ external levers
Performance evaluation and compensation :
- Implement and develop action plans associated with performance improvement and develop & manage the employee metrics
- Implement the mindset of high performance culture through various programs
- Assist in building compensation strategy for the company
- Work on compensation planning for annual revisions, roll out of revision and bonus payouts
- Overseeing the annual employee review process
- Designing and manage short term and long term incentive plans Employee Engagement & Communication
- Implement and provide feedback around the employee relations environment for the business
- Apply agreed change management approach to initiatives, and tools & techniques in delivering effective organisational and cultural change in the business area
Learning & Development :
- Assist in the development, execution and maintenance of Skills Development Strategy. Also, to identify and ensure highest retention of top rated performers
- Provide a sense of direction to the learning and development activities and come up with innovative ways to impart the activities
- Device a robust system that helps to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs on an ongoing basis
The Successful Applicant:
- You should come with a minimum of 12 and maximum of 15 years of experience of working in corporate HR role.
- You should be a full time MBA from a premier college only
- Should come with excellent stakeholder management skills
