General Manager - Corporate Finance - Infrastructure/Real Estate/Commodity Sector

The position will support VP - Treasury & Debt for IM preparations, term sheet drafting, financial modeling, preliminary review of documents, and engaging with Lenders for negotiations. The position will also assist in financial modeling/strategy notes for debt fundraising activities. Additionally, the role will support ED - Finance & Strategy for all critical initiatives in the Group.

Educational Qualifications

BE/M.Tech

Relevant and total years of experience CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

An additional qualification in CS or LLB will be helpful

- Minimum 15 years of work experience out of which last 5 years should be in Financing/negotiations of term sheet and documentations

- Proficiency in financial modelling in MS Excel

- Analysis of financial information to present preliminary notes

- Prior experience in Infrastructure / Real Estate / Commodity Sector / Trade Financing

- Relationship with Debt Financiers at middle / junior level

- Sound communication skills - oral & written

- Hard Negotiation skills at entry / middle level

- Positive attitude, problem solving skills and ability to think solution oriented in difficult circumstances
