Accountabilities :
Maintain cordial relations and disseminate authorized information to media so as to protect reputation and ensure an acceptable coverage ratio of positive+neutral:negative articles.
Work as the brand custodian to ensure sanctity of brands through monitoring of usage and enhance of brand through major projects such as events, collaterals, books, films, etc.
Manage the reputation in online space through web site and social media so that a steady B2C engagement is maintained to ensure a favourable perception of the organization.
Control the budget of the department through innovative means while achieving desired objectives and develop in-house skills which result in lower dependence on external resources thus improving bottom lines.
Provide support to business goals like quality, excellence and employee engagement through coordination with lead departments.
