General Manager HR for a Supply Chain Management Company
Position : HR Business Partner (HRBP) - General Manager
Education : Must be an MBA/ PG in HR from a Top tier B School
Years of Experience : 12 to 18 years of experience as HRBP with a strategic impact.
Location : Mumbai
Reporting : CHRO
Reportees : Regional HR Heads (North/South/East) + Corporate HR Teams
Job Role :
- will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management at the corporate level
- will play a Strategic role which involves a future-oriented process of developing and implementing HR programs that address and solve business problems and directly contribute to major long-term business objectives.
- Establish, update and implement HR policies and procedures including, compensation practices, benefits administration, performance management, salary review process, development programs and training.
- Advising and influencing business and functional heads on people matters.
- Succession planning- develop a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Counsel supervisors and managers on employee issues and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation as needed.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Required Skills/Abilities :
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Ability to handle Industrial Relations and guide the teams, Employee Grievances
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
