- Finalizing and securing economic package with various state governments

- Securing strategic assets in terms industrial land, Railway Siding/Land, mines for aggregate, sand, limestone, coal etc

- Securing strategic assets in terms industrial waste and mineral waste from Power Plants and steel companies

- Achieving MOUs/ change in policy or standards with State, Central Govt. and Govt. agencies with respect to new initiatives and future plans in the area of environment protection, quality standards, innovation, transport, use of industrial waste etc

- Getting various statutory permissions relating to setting up plants i.e. pollution, factory license, labor license, land use, subsidy etc

- Creating knowledge base of key raw materials, their distribution, demand - supply analysis, key sources, cost and benefit analysis, for each selected state

- Creating knowledge base of various incentives, policies for a given sector in each state and with Central Govt.
