General Manager - Commercial - Plant

About the role:

- Candidate will hold the position of GM at plant and will directly report to the directors of the company and liaising with Govt. Dept. and manage the cost controlling at plant.

- Responsibilities: - Monitoring & controlling of all Commercial Activities such as Plant Efficiency, Sales, Purchase, including Accounting & Finance Controlling.

- Monitoring & controlling cost cutting measures & implementation budgeting system.

- Coordinating and liaising with Local Politician, Govt Officials, and Tax Auth. & Other Regulatory Auth. to ensure compliance with norms.

- Ensuring Timely Filing of Tax Returns and Various Forms etc. required under Various Statutes.

- Lead the Accounts and Finance/Sales/Time Office/EDP/Store as strong team to achieve the targets as set by the management.

- Monitoring & Review of proper material management systems including monthly physical verification of high value stock and implementing effective inventory control methods.

Candidate requirements:

- Should have the minimum experience of 10-20 years.

- Should have stability for longer association with the company.

- Personal attributes - should be sharp, having good decision making skills and self-driven.
