General Manager - Commercial - Manufacturing Firm

- The said position is responsible for ensuring timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets and working in co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization. Must strategise to ensure cost effectiveness of each function / department and it's processes.

- Overall supervision of the company's day to day functioning of the Accounts & Finance functions including MIS, Audit, Taxation, Corporate affairs, Inventory control, trust account reconciliation etc. in compliances with the Indian Accounting Standards.

- Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of company's revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investment.

- Manages the Plant budgeting process to include forecasts, production plan, shipments, labor loads, cost reduction programs, capital investments, etc., and presentation. Assesses and highlights financial risk associated with such business plan

- Candidate must be CA with excellent communication and analytical skill. Must have exposure to SAP and prevailing laws

- Minimum 15 years post qualification experience in manufacturing industry with at-least 5 years in senior management position.
