General Manager - Commercial Finance - CA - Retail

- CA is mandatory

- We are looking for candidates who have handled commercial finance for stores. Should have handled end to end

Main responsibilities will include :

- Drive efficient Financial & Commercial control awareness and systems to drive process discipline & financial acumen across the region.

- Identifying process/control gaps, revenue leakages through various analysis.

- Design, Test & Release user friendly IT systems to improve controls, plug revenue leakages and improve operational efficiency.

- Finalize Commercial SOPs for business policies, in consultation with Retail Heads and cascade the same

- Design training modules for all front end staff in relation to Commercial and Billing software.

- Define Commercial discipline programmes and cascade the same across the division to Retail Teams, Franchisees.
