General Manager - Commercial

- To head Commercial function at Plant level, lead all Commercial function, Costing, Analysis, Profit Margins, SCM, Taxation, Credit

Professional Requirements :

- Risk management and compliances etc. Also, fill Manpower, Process, control gaps etc.

- CA/ICWA, Should be able to Head all Plant level Commercial function. Will manage AR, SCM, AP, Taxation, Books and SOP finalization manpower, profit margins, risk management, credit & risk management, commercial

- Preferably from a Manufacturing company

- Good command on Excel and Basic Knowledge on Power point

Domain Knowledge :

- Knowledge of managing Accounts receivables, Dealer reconciliation. Settling Dealer Issues

- Knowledge of managing Accounts Payable and TDS .

- Knowledge Warehousing, invoicing and Logistics. Managing Third Part logistics (CSA/C&F), Physical Stock taking.

- Indirect taxation - VAT, assessments, service tax, Excise and other Commercial taxes and statutory compliances

- Proactively participation In statutory / internal audits in respect of sales accounting

- Support to Sales Teams for sales accounting and other requirements

- Visit to dealers and parties for various compliance requirements

- Statutory requirements and understanding

- Management of Discount & incentive schemes issuance

- Experience in handling plants commercial is mandatory
