General Manager - CNC Machine - Contract Manufacturer

A Texas-based contract manufacturer, importer & distributor catering exclusively to OEMs, offers low-cost solutions from their machining facility based in Mumbai, India & is looking for a GM for their factory based in Vasai.

Min Requirements:

- Minimum 14-20 years of working experience of running CNC Machine Shop

- Prefer engineers with a mechanical engineering background

Below are the roles & responsibilities of the profile:

- Production Planning and load balancing to ensure timely production

- Maintain safety of man and machine and process documentation

- Co-ordinate with the maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance and maximum uptime

- Experience in QMS and quality tools

- Knowledge of instruments, gauges, and calibration

- Strong man-power handling to increase productivity

- Cycle-time optimization through programming and planning

- Insert and tool cost reduction

- Fluent communication skills

- Prior experience with handling number of CNC lathes, VMCs, or HMCs and Cleaning Room and Electro Polishing Machine

- Time-study and work-study projects to increase productivity and OEE

Working will be at Vasai factory
