Job Description - Our Client, a leading MNC Manufacturing Organisations is looking to hire Cluster HR Head ( GM HRBP ) to lead multiple plants across North & West India.

Client Details: They are one of the leading MNC Organisation with large presence India & International Market in Manufacturing Space.

Description:

Cluster Head HR will be accountable for providing HR Leadership and oversight to multiple plants. The role will drive key talent development initiatives to create strong succession pipeline for critical roles as well as develop talent pipeline at different levels in the organization. The role will also be responsible for driving productivity and performance focus in the plants. The incumbent will provide oversight to key HR performance matrix in the plants.

Key Accountabilities:

- Talent Development & Succession pipeline: Institutionalize talent development and management at Plant level, develop and coach team at plants to drive these focus areas to create a strong talent pipeline in the organization. Facilitate Job rotations.

- Ensure succession planning map for all critical positions in the cluster. Work with cluster and plant leadership to focus on HIPO employees and develop them for future roles in the organization.

- Work with operations and quality leaders to create and implement an optimized organization structure to drive effectiveness and productivity. Identify opportunities to reduce span of control and execute it.

- Partner with leadership to Identify critical bottlenecks and device interventions to address the same. Own transformational changes like new Technology adoption, training frameworks.

- Leverage synergies in the plant HR to strengthen HR processes and their effectiveness in the organization.

- Ensure HR processes are followed as per guidelines shared from COEs/ HO. Ensure effectiveness of the same.

- Develop the HR teams at plant level to take higher responsibility through interventions of capability building, coaching and mentoring across the cluster.

Profile:

- Experience: 12-14+ years - max 15 years with

- Ideal fit: Someone who has worked as HBRP for Manufacturing setup in initial part of career and later moved into a larger role in HRBP with manufacturing + non-manufacturing experience or either in COE.

- Should have done core Talent Development, taken Talent Initiative, Structure Optimisation, Org Structuring, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development has over sight of all HR functions with a good mix of Manufacturing + Non-Manufacturing Experience.

- Culture Standpoint - Business & Employee Advocacy skills are important. Resilience to make changes, work collaboratively to drive activities. Good networking & people management skills.

- Additional Points : Candidate should be comfortable to travel to plant locations, experience of union management would be added advantage. Total headcount to be managed is around 5000 put together.

- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 College Must
