A prestigious client of Innoquest Consulting, operating in the healthcare sector, is seeking a General Manager specializing in claims to be based in Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Help ideate and execute Claims as a practice, build and evangelize vision and help design the Go-To-Market strategy.

- Improving existing services, delivery excellence and value to existing clients.

- Works with key stakeholders to execute the long- term vision and develop the roadmap for a differentiated and competitive offering in the marketplace.

- Communicates the product development roadmap (short, mid and long term) on a regular basis to both internal and client audiences.

- Coordinates with key stakeholders including Product leads with the goal of creating a 'seamless, integrated, "consistent" experience across relevant products led standardization, optimized operating model, governance, return/value on investment, and help Practice Lead run the financial management for the function.

- Part of Global Claims Practice team and responsible for delivery of its projects & strategic initiatives (Design, Implement and Changes) as spearheaded by the Practice Head.

- Primary role of implementing the Claims Practice strategy and providing direction to Business for strategic participation and implementation

- As a Practice member, support the overall business strategy for the function and govern the same across geos along with other Business Leaders.

- Serve as an effective partner to the Training Teams, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of CLAIMS Solutions, Services & Products across geos

- Design learning strategies for the Practice to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with the Geo & Central Leadership Team

- Ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets.

- Plays a mentorship role to key personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, honing their skills, and getting them ready for the occupation of his/her position.

Skills Required:

1. Domain depth. 5-10 years' experience in relevant areas of Claims Best in Class Practices & Platforms (FACETS, QNXT, HealthNxt) and ideally more than 14+years into Claims domain.

2. Should be a strong SME and thought leader of the market, competition, trends (e.g. Industry initiatives, developments and enhancements).

3. Prior Roles that would be relevant - Operations, Solutioning/pricing (skills - pricing, possess commercial acumen), BE (skills - drive change, DMAIC, process improvement), Technology (skills - providing specs, project lifecycle) applied to the relevant areas. Experience working in a technology (automation, product development) is a plus.

4. Possess commercial acumen, drive commercial impact (sales, cost reduction projects).

5. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for the sales and client services teams, attends sales calls, demonstrates the products, helps to answer deep questions about the product and works to convince the client we have the best solution.

6. Lead and front- end projects (internal - with Ops/IT/BE/BT, external - selling and supporting sales) and lead work through influence to manage stakeholders (internal matrix, client, partner).

7. Strong communicator who can take complex ideas and communicate them effectively internally, externally and using Project Management tools.

8. Strong and capable leader that is self- motivated and driven to win the confidence and trust of her/his peers, clients, global operations, and pursuit teams alike - establishing winning strategies, and exerting influence both internally and externally to win new business.
