GM - Channel Partner Sales

CP Head for a region in Mumbai. Responsible for sales of projects across the group.

Reporting to Head - Sales & Marketing

Experience - 13 - 17 years, 5 years + in Team handling roles.

Graduate + Degree / Diploma in Business Administration (Marketing).

Industry - Insurance, Banking, Concept sales, Hospitality and Telecom.

- Should have handled multiple products and its launches.

- Built a network of agents, channels or franchise.

- Direct interaction with HNI clients and expertise in Objection handling.

- Will be responsible Channel Partner Sales during pre launching, launching and sustenance level sales of a specific site / Geography.

- Recruit, train and monitor the team.

- Head and drive the Channel Partner team to achieve numbers.

- Will identify newer CP's and enhancing the existing ones potential to do business.

- Launch new CP initiatives and schemes in coordination with Marketing.

- Find enablers for CP's to do business with the group.

- Excellence in people skills, networking and man management.

- High level of GK
