Client Details :
Our client, is a large business house with multiple interests in Electronics, FMCD, Real Estate etc. It with growing businesses They are a rapidly expanding organisation in India with an eye towards competing with the market leaders.
For their Real Estate Business they are looking for a General Manager - Business Development locate at New Delhi/Gurugram for their large real estate project in Gururam who would lead and ensure the necessary sales strategy. The organisation is in the process of unlocking a large pool of land at sector 88 A, on the main Dwarka Epressway
- over 4000 Sq Yards of SCO plots - duly licensed in collaboration with a developer
- Additionally over 1 Lac Sq feet of Built up Area on the residential parcel
Requirement and Responsibilities :
- The GM would be required to manage the above and then to further work on companies other projects for expansion
- Someone with atleast 10-20 years of experience in end to end managing and handling following :
- DTCP Compliance
- RERA Compliance
- Sales of Inventor in Gurugram
- Legal issues and related documentation
- Negotiations with builders and brokers
- Seasoned professionals worked / working in Gurugram managing similar role only need apply
