General Manager- PNL/ Supply Head- Gurgaon / Bangalore- 2 Roles !
To support our ambitious growth, we are now looking for a General Manager/Business Lead.
Your Task :
- You are responsible for the identification, acquisition, and management of our partners and station network
- With the full support of our headquarters in Gurugram, you are in charge of setting up operations for the launch and growth of our network in South.
- You are the primary point of contact for our partners through the good and the bad, ready to problem solve and provide support at every turn
- You work hand-in-hand with various Yteams(Supply, Operations, Customer experience, Sales), always communication effectively as the voice to and from the partner network to the rest of the organization
- You meet with all the stakeholders and represent the orgzn at industry and company related functions
- You hire and lead a business development, Sales, Operations, Supply teams from scratch. You don't just follow a playbook, you write it, shaping the answer on how we grow across South India.
- Responsible for complete P&L of the region
- You report directly into the COO.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a strategic, financial, business development or consulting position or any combination of high-level equivalent experience
- Excellent degree, or equivalent, in business administration, economics, engineering or a related field, an MBA degree from a top university or business school is considered a strong plus
- Experience working with or growing vendor/supplier networks across India is considered a strong plus
- Highly social, you love the idea of networking with strangers and key stakeholders at industry meetings, communicating and leading with confidence and passion
- You have the business and financial acumen to build and understand complex models and use that information to develop strategic plans
- Entrepreneurial spirit, full of ambition, and a roll with the punches attitude
