We are hiring for General Manager : Business Development & Strategy with one of our leading client in Water Treatment based in Mumbai.

Position: General Manager: Business Development & Strategy
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for leading the Business Development and Strategic Planning effort of the company and ensure that the company has a good order pipeline by continuously exploring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the business targets of order book and profitability is met.
2. Formulation and Execution of organizational branding, marketing and business development strategy as per the Annual Operating Plan.
3. Continuous exploration of new business opportunities and liaison with Government Authorities, Ministries, Agencies and Clients.
4. Suggest and develop strategy to management for any new business sectors that the company should enter into.
5. Gather and collate market feedback and industry trends for strategic alignment of organizational growth plans.
6. Coordinating with all internal and external teams(JV partners, clients etc) to ensure the tender bid is submitted in an appropriate manner within defined time frame.
7. Regular analysis of "Win-Loss" and develop future strategy to overcome any deficiency.
8. Act as SPOC between Client & the company.
9. Hold client satisfaction survey from time to time.
10. Help in the successful delivery, payment realization and release of security guarantees.
11. Appraise management of any feedback regarding company performance received from clients, from time to time.
12. Provide continuous support to execution team throughout the life cycle of projects for facilitation of release of scheduled payment and bank guarantees at client's end.
13. Deployment and supervision of Client Relationship Manager at each project.
14. To participate and represent the company in various exhibitions and Trade forums and support in creating pool of reliable vendors/subcontractors.
15. Identify and recommend the latest/ innovative technologies available in the market.
16. To represent the company, externally for Business Development and liaison with Ministry, agencies and Government Officials.
17. Regularly conduct competition analysis.
18. Maintain Client relationship to ensure release of payments and guarantees on completion of project.
