Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
4. Lead the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
Must Have Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
