General Manager - Business Development - Real Estate

Key Expertise required are as follows :

- Decent experience in sourcing of land deals in line with company's stated focus cities / areas

- Doing in depth market analysis of viable deals and running financials

- Site visits for land parcels which have potential

- Doing prelim financial analysis for such deals

- Negotiation with land owners to bring them on board for deal

- Preparation of notes for senior leadership for deal approval

- Sound knowledge of Taxation structure related to real estate, RERA regulations,

- Understanding related to local bye laws and other regulatory issues affecting development, Market trends and demographics

- Competition mapping through secondary and primary research

- Ability to keep updated with regulatory changes and challenges

- Monetization of company land assets
