Strategic Planning skills :
- Candidate must ensure the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan for an organization.
- Candidate must focus on achievement of sales targets through identifying and building strong relationships with clients, identifying key decision makers and enhancing opportunities to promote company products and services.
- Candidate has to identify and segment different client groups by type, e.g. sectors/geographies for new leads; map the identified client group and communicate relevant knowledge, products and services.
- Working experience in a global/ India based delivery model organization is preferable.
Financial Planning skills :
- Candidate should have a strategic approach to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to drive through significant change in aggressive timeline.
- Candidate should build long-term relationships, enhancing revenue and new orders from existing customers.
- Candidate should develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Candidate must be capable of navigating a large, complex organization and working cross asset class and have a proven ability within a technology and data heavy front-to-back environment.
- Candidate will be responsible for looking at the future of the business and making key investments and investment recommendations
Leadership skills :
- Candidate will be responsible for leading entire business units
- Candidate should have significant interaction with a range of service providing teams and other stakeholders
- Sharing regulatory reporting expertise will be a core function of the role
- Candidate will be responsible for feedback from stakeholders & successful implementation
Interpersonal Skills :
- Candidate should possess highly developed stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate company's vision to client's top management
- Candidate should be dynamic, result oriented, number driven and have strong communication skills & interpersonal skills
Requirements :
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Prior experience from IT/Software industry is mandatory
Relevant Experience - At least 15 + years from IT /Software solution
Education - Graduate and Post Graduate (Preferred)
Age -45 -53years
