Experience - 10+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential customers and building own customer database by Primary and Secondary research and understanding the need of Project.
- Building relationships, mining and getting customers on board through business development.
- Interfacing and maintaining relations with corporate client and key decision makers, ensuring continued business in each campaign planned by the company and thereby augmenting business & profitability.
- Prepare & Present the company's service offerings & USPs to the prospective clients
- Evolving market segmentation and segmentation strategies to achieve desired targets.
- Close new business deals by developing & negotiating contracts / Finding out right party contacts
- Coordinate with the delivery team in order to deliver the client requirements on time as per their priority order.
- Effective Client Communication, Relationship Management & Escalation Management skills.
- Min 10 yrs of hands on Business Development with 8+ years experience
Must have - Experience with Domestic & International market.
